Ron de Leos is a skilled security professional with extensive management and leadership skills. Ron has over 20 years’ experience in information technology, specializing for more than 13 of those years in cybersecurity, particularly in cyber intrusion investigations and incident response. He is currently leading a specialized information security team to design and implement security solutions for CyberESI’s government clients.
Ron has managed a Security Operations Center whose mission was to detect, remediate, and thwart advanced cyber adversaries targeting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), DIB data, and DIB constituencies. He has also managed multiple teams responsible for training Department of Defense Federal Law Enforcement in the fields of cyber incident response and intrusion investigations as well as developed and taught some of the courses.
Ron’s practical, first-hand experience includes cyber incident investigation, incident response, and cyber threat intelligence collaboration.
